Please refer the offer when you make your appointment, otherwise we can't reduce the price.

Only one discount can be accepted at a time.

Please arrive 10 minutes before your appointment.

 

You will be asked to pay £20 deposit when you make your appointment. You will transfer it through your bank account.

Refund Policy

• All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges will be given for services.

• Appointments booked can be cancelled with greater than 24 hour notice without charge.

• Cancellations less than 24 hours and up to 3 hours will be charged at £20.

• “No Show” or appointments cancelled with less than 3 hour notice will be charged for the full service.

• No Refunds will be given for Gift Card
