Swedish Massage

Deep Tissue Massage

Lomi Lomi Massage

Customer Inappropriate Conduct

Under no circumstance will Zizuedinburgh Therapies accept Inappropriate conduct during your massage session. If the therapist finds you are in violation you will be asked to leave immediately and forfeit your remaining time of your appointment you will still be charged the full price.

Payment is in cash or bank transfer as we don't have the facility to accept credit/debit card payments.

  • ALL Appointment purchases are non-refundable and non-transferable.
  • Appointments are for Zizuedinburgh Therapies, 121 Giles Street, Edinburgh EH6 6BZ only and may not be used elsewhere. Please call or message us to book a MOBILE SERVICE.
  • Zizuedinburgh Therapies reserves the right to cancel or change customers appointments, however notice to customer will be given
  • All transactions are processed in Pounds Sterling(GBP).
  • In the event of a “No Show” you WILL be charged the full cost of your appointment
  • To avoid any “No Show” fees please contact us within 24 hours of your appointment to avoid being charged.
  • Please note booking is necessary. Please give 4 hour booking notice at least.
  • Please note your online booking has to be confirmed by us (as booking is possible online through our website, by phone, text, email, facebook as well) in order to avoid double bookings.
  • Client must be 16 or older. Massages are not suitable for patients under cancer treatment or those with heart diseases.

Refund Policy:

  • All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges will be given for services.
  • Appointments booked can be cancelled with greater than 24 hour notice without charge.
  • Cancellations less than 24 hours and up to 4 hours will be charged at £30.
  • “No Show” or appointments cancelled with less than 4 hour notice will be charged for the full service.
  • No Refunds will be given for Gift Card / E-Vouchers

Openning hours:

Monday-Sunday 10 am – 9 pm. Please notice it is a flexible opening time which means making an appointment is required. However, there are times when walk in appointments may work too. To find out availability, contact us.

Parking:

Parking on Giles Street Edinburgh EH6 6B (Parking fee is payable at the relevant ticket machine on the street. Parking zones are indicated on street by large zone entry signs that denote the zone number and times that parking is restricted.) Parking fee paid by the client. There are free parking spots after working hours and at the weekends in our parking area.
