Personal Training 60 minutes - £40 per person (max 4 people)
Our personal training looks like movements you make in your daily life, your whole body is moving. It can be helpful for athletic performance, injury prevention, getting your muscles and joints stronger, better all-round fitness and other everyday fitness tasks.
Our highly experienced trainer ensures you get the right level of exercises (age, sex, abilities and current fitness level). One to One or small group (max 4 people) training provides you more attention to correct your movements so you do not get injured.
Depending on your goals, I can personalize your training plan by:
- TRX, kettlebell training (focus on the right technique for your spine and joints)
- circle and HIIT training
- teaching self-defence to anyone from beginner to pro.
