Customer Inappropriate Conduct
Under no circumstance will Zizuedinburgh Therapies accept Inappropriate conduct during your massage session. If the therapist finds you are in violation you will be asked to leave immediately and forfeit your remaining time of your appointment you will still be charged the full price.

Payment is in cash or bank transfer as we don't have the facility to accept credit/debit card payments.

All transactions are processed in Pounds Sterling(GBP).

In the event of a “No Show” you WILL be charged the full cost of your appointment

To avoid any “No Show” fees please contact us within 24 hours of your appointment to avoid being charged.

Please note booking is necessary. Please give 4 hour booking notice at least.

Please note your online booking has to be confirmed by us (as booking is possible online through our website, by phone, text, email, facebook as well) in order to avoid double bookings.

Client must be 16 or older. Massages are not suitable for patients under cancer treatment or those with heart diseases.
Refund Policy

All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges will be given for services.

Appointments booked can be cancelled with greater than 24 hour notice without charge.

Cancellations less than 24 hours and up to 3 hours will be charged at £20.

“No Show” or appointments cancelled with less than 3 hour notice will be charged for the full service.

No Refunds will be given for Gift Card / E-Vouchers

Open: Mon-Sat 9 am - 8 pm. Please notice it is a flexible opening time which means making an appointment is required. However, there are times when walk in appointments may work too. To find out availability, contact us.

Parking on Giles Street, Edinburgh EH6 6BZ is permitted or payment required.
Mobile Service - massage in your home by professional massage therapist. The only thing you have to provide is space for the massage table. Our therapist will take her equipment.
Please note that we are happy to do call outs for massage treatments of 60 minutes or longer (up to 2 hours).

There are additional charges for mobile work to reflect the travel costs and time. They are based on the distance traveled from the salon at the following rates:
